Kamakshi Seva Sansthan

At Kamakshi Seva Sansthan, we deeply value the generosity of our donors and supporters. Every donation received goes directly towards supporting our initiatives in women empowerment, social upliftment, and the welfare of cows through our Kamdhenu Gaushala.

1. Donations are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Kamakshi Seva Sansthan are voluntary and final. As a charitable organization, we do not offer refunds for any contributions made via our online or offline platforms.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • If a donation was made by mistake or due to a technical error.
  • If the donor’s account was debited more than once for the same transaction.
  • If there was a fraudulent transaction reported by the donor

In such cases, the donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date, with proper transaction details and documentation.

3. Requesting a Refund

Please include:

  • Full name of the donor
  • Date and amount of donation
  • Transaction ID or payment proof
  • Reason for refund request

Our team will review the request and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days after validation.

4. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction (bank account, credit card, UPI, etc.).
